Team CrossFit classes are meant to bring our community together while having fun and striving towards your goals. Instructor warm ups remain a priority; while the strength portion of our programming is removed allowing for a longer conditioning period (20-35 minutes). These workouts are performed with partners of two, three, four, or dividing the class into two groups, this is a great way to meet new people and interact with one another. These workouts are meant to be a bit of a challenge, but as is everything here, while always remaining scalable to your own abilities.
