Barbell Tech class is meant to break down the Olympic movements: Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Each movement is performed on a bi-weekly basis. This class is structured to be very detail orientated from our in-depth warm-ups to the breakdown of our athletes on the points of performance. The utilization of various pieces of equipment in the gym will aid in our athletes acquiring the most optimal movement patterns possible.
