CrossFit classes are structured for you to experience amazing results in a short amount of time. These classes are in a small group atmosphere and focus on having you achieve the best workout possible while remaining safe and having fun. You will not only see increases in your cardio endurance levels but an increase in overall strength. This class has a daily itinerary that is geared to adjust to your individual goals and abilities. We start with a warm up, then move into our strength program for the day. Then we have a shorter (5-20 minute) metabolic conditioning workout to increase heart rates and finish the day. Our instructors make it a priority to see everyone succeed with their individual goals in mind and having the best workout possible.
